I have just recently found the love hate relationship that is Crossfit. Based off of what I have experienced with it, I don't think there should be any question that Crossfit is better. What is your opinion?

I think Crossfit and MMA or or HIgh Intensity Training can definitely be a benefit.
But wasn't the purpose of PT formations were for comradie as well as unit cohesion?

Pv2 Wilcox, I have a stronger relationship with my Crossfit coaches than I do with some people in my unit. There is a strong community amongst us "Crossfitters".

I respect that SGT I have the same relationship with my MMA Coaches. I was merely asking though in all seriousness was the point originally of PT formations unit cohesion? I wasn't saying I was for it which makes me wonder why you voted me down.

You are trying to compare two completely different workout programs that have different purposes. Unit PT has a military structure that everyone can participate in despite physical fitness level, does it significantly help physical fitness? Not really, but it also has an emphasis on muscles that we need in combat...or so they say. Crossfit has more intensity and has more emphasis on strength training; however the vast majority of crossfitters perform these exercises incorrectly and do not reap the benefits of the program resulting in more injuries then anything. I personally hate both, I will take the tried and true bodybuilding programs over either anyday.
