Do you feel it was the right thing to hire Nazi war criminals, and hide their war crimes, and crimes against Humanity? Some will say that Von Braun help NASA to go to the moon?

Operation Paper Clip - was conducted to grab sensitive information and scientists so the Russki's would not get them. Remember, at that time the Russian mindset was that of world domination. Stalin eliminated up to 25 million of his own people before WW2 started, including one third of his officer corps. Do I agree ultimately with what that meant-us getting poisoned by the government to see what their new concoctions would do? Absolutely not. But I absolutely do not want to give the former USSR, and now Putin, the ability to dominate us.

Honestly, there was a lot of stuff that happened post-WWII that really shouldn't have happened...rightfully trying the ringleaders, but letting those who were just as culpable, yet more "useful" off the hook?
Werner von Braun was the central figure in the Nazi rocket program, and basically invented the V2 rocket, yet we forgot all of that because he happened to be a brilliant rocket scientist...
