What advice do you have for someone seeking an RE-3 waiver (for adjustment disorder) to join the AF?

Since it's been called out, the character limit is why I didn't spell things out completely in the question.
I know that I might not get more than one shot at this so I want to give myself the best chance that I can to re-enlist. I have no health conditions of any kind; the adjustment disorder was probably valid at the time though. I have no law violations, and I am currently completing my college degree while working full time.
RE3 Honorable from the Army. Separation narrative "Physical condition, not a disability".
Has anyone here been successful that would like to share tips? Thanks for the replies!

Thanks very much. It's an uphill battle but several people have successfully made it. I think not quitting in the face of adversity is a good thing. :)

How on earth do you think that a history of a single case of transient adjustment disorder 15 years ago is related to your statement at all? If you have no suggestions, don't say anything.

The military is reactive, the same goes for the Air Force. It may be a single case but be realistic. I'm not saying they shouldn't try and re-enlist. But let's be honest, probably ever application with the word "disorder," is being flagged or being looked at with "extra," scrutiny with the Air Force. I might be wrong, but you can't honestly say that's not what's going on right now.
