Some people learn better by associating a number with each exercise, rather than just learning the order of them. For instance, Push-up = 10, Windmill= 6, rear lunge = 2. If you can memorize which number each exercise is, that's essentially the same as remembering the order.

The way that worked best for me to remember the PRT drills is by using silly acronyms. For example, the warm-up drills are Be Right Here Right Soon, We Found Pizza Behind Popeye's which stands for Bend & Reach, Rear Lunge, High Jumper, Rower, Squat Bender, Windmill, Forward Lunge, Prone Row, Bent-Leg Body Twist and the Push-up. The other ones I use aren't quite PC so I tend to keep them to myself. Just find something silly like this for each drill and you'll be fine.
