Are NG Soldiers on ADOS Orders eligible for clothing allowance, unit issue, or do they have to pay out of pocket for clothing items?

I don’t know the “correct” answer. As a t32 Soldier under 180 days on any order, the unit always issued stuff. Been on long term ados now (t10) and am getting a clothing allowance.
