Starting the New Year, What promotion system changes are coming?

As far as for junior NCOs and enlisted it will always be the waiting game for the next round of what the senior leadership deems appropriate as this has always been the case. The leaders always ask for input from the affected Soldiers, but almost never go with any viable recommendations from the junior side of the house, even when the questions are posed and answered legitimately and not BS'd around as also happens at times.

I wish all that will be affected good luck and keep the faith you will make it if you are adaptable and strong willed enough to work with and through it.
