Here is my before and after...
I don't have many after pictures, as I am usually the one behind the camera! I lost quite a bit of weight at OSUT, as you can can see.

I was in high school AFJROTC, then the Army, and then the Navy. I got out in 2002. Now, there's less of my hair and A LOT more of ME, lol...

I'd share a before and after, but I look almost exactly the same. Only real difference minus experience and whatnot is that I'm better at push-ups now and worse at sit-ups.

Same here. Also, I got weaker and gained more endurance. I'm trying to fix that problem now.
