What benefits are most important to you when reviewing a potential employer?

Honestly, the ones that save me money are the ones I notice first. Good (inexpensive) health insurance. Matching 401K contributions or employee stock option plans. The company culture and overall work environment is important but I can put up with a lot of crap if the money is right.
