How many in this group went through the course when it was instructed by EOD?

I would love to have gone. I was reclassed to 12N after failing EOD school (don't judge, when I left there was an 85% attrition rate). They couldn't/wouldn't send me because I'm not a Bravo. Bravos get all the cool schools.

No problem, no judgement either, safeties were a bitch and we were told EOD safeties were harder.

Would it be worth it to reclass to 12B? My MOS is grossly overstrength and I am very conflicted about what to do if I can't reup/progress my career as a November

Sorry, I didn't see your question until now.
I was a 12B (21B) from Jan 1983 until I was promoted 21Z (12Z Senior Engineer NCO) in 2007. There may have been one or two MOS's that I may have seen along the way I would have liked to do, but working with Demo, SAPPER Leader Course, and learning how to operate heavy equipment I would do it all over again.
I spent a lot of years (combined) in the field in 25 years, but the 30 seconds of absolute adreneline out weighs the 23 hours 59 1/2 minutes of sheer boredom made it all worth it in the end.
