RallyPoint new feature number #2 coming from SGT Walden-
While I can certainly only speak from my side of the house, being aviation, and how big of a field it is, lets create some threads that can be the outsourcing bottlenecks. We take people from RallyPoint, have them join the threads specific to their MOS or specialty, and then move them out along into the civilian fields?
Follow a second with me if you will:
While still serving, the professional development threads can be used to spur and instigate conversations. Talking about things from the latest and greatest in tech to new innovations and ideas, to who are the hot button employers out there looking for your specific field?
Thoughts?

Some could start by watching: Why Leader Eat Last. This 45 min video has some great tips it was used in one of my NCODPs done by my SGM.

SGT (Join to see) I think it would be a good idea. When I was getting out of the Marines many years ago, I would have loved to have specific advice from guys in the field that I wanted to get into (of course, Al Gore had not yet fully developed the internet yet). Could have been from who is hiring, to best type of training to seek. The link/thread could be broken into generalities, then down into specifics. Good idea.
