Veterans organizations like the VFW and the American Legion lobby Congress on behalf of Veterans. Make sure you get active in a Veterans group - even if you are still on Active Duty and make you voice heard.

Actually we do and the various service agencies like the VFW and American Legion and I am sure, even the VA.
