I find it interesting that the Secret Service is getting such a black eye in the media over this. They're doing their best within the constraints of their mission, the public nature of the White House, and their present ROE. Why don't we talk about the cranks who have done this to gain attention? Maybe some public education about why it's such a bad idea might help...

320 amp 13200 volts work for you PO2 (Join to see) ??? That way, should someone even touch the fence and grounds out the line...every light in 40 counties in all directions (except for the White House - we'll put them on a solar power only network) will go dark. No need to worry about the sniper having background lighting to work thru.....

Lol, you know. I was kinda joking but now that I've thought about it more, it's not a bad idea... you make it a 12 foot no - climb fence, and electrify the top foot or two. People who walk by and brush up against it accidentally will be fine, but if someone tries to climb..... zap! Then a few watches at the gate and a couple rovers. Good to go.

Again, Put up a sign in big letters "ELECTRIC FENCE, DON't Touch!!" Then in small print, have a disclosure saying that they are not liable for people who get shocked or electrocuted. Also have a universal picture of a man getting shocked.

The border is way too long to do that. It would cost way too much money.

I'm of the opinion we need to stop this farce and move POTUS to a more secure facility OUTSIDE Washington, D.C.. That way we can let the White House be used as a tourist trap.

Move the POTUS to Camp David change the White House to a museum he does not have to reside in DC in this day and age.
