SGT (Join to see) used cartilage supps for about 2 years. Didn't notice anything as far as joint issues.

SGT (Join to see) - I took a generic shark cartilage supp from GNC after doing research. Perhaps I didn't notice anything because it was just that - generic GNC. Was trying to be proactive with my joint since I am getting older (though I'll never admit it).
Honestly, I had not heard about eggshell supps before you posted this. Will look into them, though. 40 is going to be rough on me based on how rough I treated my body as a youth...lol.

SSgt (Join to see) - Fish oil and glucosamine/chondrotin/MSM is great stuff.

SGT (Join to see) - I think the thing that I tried was mainly chondrotin. I'm sure the effectiveness has increased exponentially since it's been 5+ years since I took it. I really should start taking fish oil, too.
