More in depth, does anyone have any experience while being LOD injured during ADOS (Title 32) orders and then subsequently released from orders at the end of the tour while still in recovery? No WTU, RCMC, INCAP...

At the very least all of your medical expenses have to be covered. Has your LOD been approved? That has a big impact

I worked WTU and it was customary to keep anyone on LOD until medical released them. I know we had a soldier back in the 90's at my unit get hurt on drill weekend and they put him on orders and he came it for light duty (paper work) everyday minus his medical appointments, they did not have WTU back then.

I believe they were supposed to keep you on orders and get you treatment, I would ask around and see what the deal is.

I have spent the last year trying to figure out what the deal is with little to no answers. Including a State IG complaint that resulted in a vague " You fell in a loophole" response.
