I'm unfamiliar with what those are. Are those anything like CLEP tests?

Its for upper level credit at excelsior college

SSG (Join to see) - Okay. Well, I don't know then. I would say to go review the terms of the TA that your commander signed off on. If the answer does not become apparent after doing so I would say to go to your S1 and get proper direction to who can answer that question. In addition, the school itself may be able to answer that question for you. They should know what the military is willing to pay for or not. Good luck.
