Can the Army keep 15Rs with the (E) qualification only at duty stations with AH64Es?

One day my XO was telling me that since I'm a AH64E qualified, that the army is trying to keep 15R with the (E) qualifaction at duty stations with only AH64E., instead of sending me somewhere with AH64D? Can anyone confirm or deny this?

It's not an E qualification there's an ASI for echo model qualified soldiers. And yes it's all dependent upon slots if there's only echo model qualified units they will send you to one of those. If not you will have to reenlist for duty station of choice
