No, divorce is specifically listed as 'not' a consideration for compassionate reassignment (AR 614-200, para 5-14). Compassionate reassignments are for when you have a family member (child, minor sibling, parent) with a serious medical or financial/housing issue, you are the primary provider and the issue cannot be resolved remotely.
You can, however, look into volunteering for assignment where you want to go, or a swap with a soldier in the same MOS/grade who is interested in moving to where you are.

SGM Mccloud already quoted the regulation. I can only wish you the best of luck. One of my buddies from AIT worked at III Corps and after divorcing from his wife, the best they could do was put them into separate platoons until he ETSed a while later. It wasn't pretty.
