Are you building an additional duty roster or seeking a list of them for the purpose of throwing your name in the hat for something?
If it is the former, listings are published annually by higher headquarters (brigade in my case) and actioned upon by company commanders with around a 30 day suspense. Your commander/1SG will have it on hand in the orderly room.
If the latter, it is an inspectable item and every unit is required to maintain a binder with an index listing and appointment orders for each individual.

1SG,
Thank you for the response. I couldn't put all this info in my question due to the character limit but I am the Training/O-Room NCOIC and so I've been managing the additional duties and appointment orders for quite some time. The reason I ask the question is because there seems to be a lot of "fluff" regarding additional duties and I know for a fact that some are only required at BN level and above-- not Company level (Anti-Terrorism Officer being the most recent one I have encountered). I'm looking to "trim the fat" off the additional duty binder and start fresh for when we have our next CoC. The most efficient way I could think of to accomplish this was to find a regulation or at least a policy letter of some kind that outlined the minimum requirements for Company-level additional duties. I asked our BN S3 and they didn't have a solid answer for me so perhaps I can send an RFI up to BDE.
Thank you again!

SGT(P) (Join to see) - DA directed additional duties are published on the TRADOC site, I believe.
What you may be encountering is the CoC building some redundancy into their additional duties by powering down some of them. That way they are less likely to have a void if someone PCSs.

Just talk with your Training and OPS NCO. They should have a list of what Additional Duties the unit needs and what the rank and training requirements are needed. Or, you can always start here:

What I’d like to do in today’s post is provide a list of 63 Army Additional Duties for Army Officers and NCOs. I’ve compiled this list by referring to different regulations and websites online. I have no idea if it is 100% current or accurate, or if I have covered every single additional duty possible. …

I was a Training NCO back when I was in only a few years ago. I'm sure the list hasn't changed. If you would like to message me with your email I can send you a list
