How can I fix issues downloading certain files from ATN CATS?

I am trying to download T&EO (Training and evaluation outlines, the Task, Condition, Standard Worksheets) from the Unit Task List in ATN CATS (army training network, combined arms training strategies) and some of the files, namely 05-PLT-2015 for starters are downloading properly but not opening in PDF. I have tried with Adobe and FoxIt readers.

CPT (Join to see) what is the file extension type it downloads as ?

Are you trying to open it in a stand alone .pdf reader or a web browser enabled .pdf reader?
Your welcome to email me the file and I'll see what i can do....it may be corrupted and its just not going to open.

It was .pdf and both, I think. I'm pretty sure the file is messed up somehow but I'd be happy to send it to you and see what's up anyway
