What is the process to obtain an educational delay of service?

I was in the ROTC during college, and now I am serving in the Reserve while I'm in medical school. My original plan was to serve in the Reserve until I graduate, but I can see now that I will not be able to do justice to my role as a platoon leader and my role as a medical student at the same time. It seems the best option is to obtain an educational delay of service. Does anyone out there know how this works for a Reservist?
