I should certainly think so, when I was at USAF OTS, I knew manynorior enlisted, which I wasn't, who'd gone there while I was there, one guy even had Navy enlisted dolphins on his USAF shirt, which I actually thought quite cool and also quite unique, I never saw that anywhere else, so yeah, I've known many who've done that, though that was an active duty program per se, not changing between Army and Air NATO Guard, typically, as I've understood the whole thing, enlisted in one service can always apply for warrant or commission in another service. The son of the high school best friend of my mother in law was Army enlisted, went Army WOCS for rotary wing, then got his bach in aeronautics from Embryo Riddle and transferred to USCG as commissioned, he was only sent through either an OIS not N OCS at most, or was direct commissioned, I can't recall which, however, yeah, I do think it should certainly be feasible. If you could elaborate in your background, interests, desired field, degree major, GPA, hobbies, reading, sports, it'd help to give a more complete view of course, so far as you might be able to go into, I'd merely wondered, hope that was of use, many thanks....

100% possible to apply for flight school, if you are referring to any of the technical warrant positions, they have particular NCO wickets to go through in order to qualify, but yes, you may apply for WOCS from any COMPO for active duty. For AD to go to WOCS for COMPO 2/3, they must be separating from the service and have a state or federal position to apply.

SrA (Join to see) - Your state should have a Warrant Officer Strength Manager that should be able to help with what is available and how to apply, but I assume that they would require you to get released from your present unit and enlist in the Army Guard at minimum. As CW5 Baker indicated, any MOS can apply for flight school. Here is a list of feeder MOS for Air Force personnel to the various Warrant jobs in the Army and also your source for most of the information you need. http://www.usarec.army.mil/hq/warrant/WOgeninfo_enlmos_af.shtml

SrA (Join to see) - I am not sure, there has a be a position in the state and recruiting is done that way. Active component is the only OPEN application regardless of status.
