That is a phenomenal list CPO Jon Campbell. I'm gonna print it off and hang it up in my office. Too often leaders use actions and words in a way that is in line with "management." I don't need a manager. If I wanted a manger, I would have played baseball or something. We need leaders. Leaders who use actions to motivate others....motivate, not manage. I try everyday to ensure that I am doing all I can to be a good leader. My Soldiers deserve that, my leaders deserve that, hell, I deserve that.

Bingo! I loved this when I saw this displayed on an officers "love me wall" years ago. He was one of the best officers I ever knew.......
