You are looking for Tcode ZOPLR. I have had the most success putting the start date far enough back to be before the oldest issues license, and putting the expiration date at least 5 years in the future. Otherwise data outside of those date ranges will not populate in the report. They also MUST have been issued through Tcode ZOPID before they will appear on the ledger. An easy way to run an entire unit at once is to navigate to the organization tab in the search menu and enter your force element number into the organization unit field. Then you can select all your Soldiers and input then into the report criteria.
If you want to create a report that shows what equipment everyone in your unit is qualified to drive you can do so by hijacking Tcode ZFNQ. Enter all of the EICs for all licensed equipment owned by your company. Then possibly save your work as a variant for later. Next use the same force element trick to important all of your personnel into the report criteria. Execute the report and save it to an Excel file. Tcode ZOPLR will allow you to drill down into each profile within the system, but you cannot to my knowledge print out a report of all qualifications per person unless you manipulate the find qualifications transaction ZFNQ as I described above. If anyone knows an easier or better method, please share.
