Does Tuition Assistance cover Comptia certifications (and if so, which ones)?

Here's where you need to read: http://www.pearsonvue.com/gov/comptia/
It helps if there is a Signal University where you are located to help facilitate getting a voucher, but if all else fails, you have additional reimbursable resources. There's also plenty of websites out there that offer discounted vouchers that are about to expire. Hope this helps.

35th Signal Brigade should have a process in which to request a voucher. Normally, you have to complete the SkillPort, do a MeasureUp exam, attend an actual sit-in class and be tested in class before they will even think about putting you in for a voucher. At least that's how they do it everywhere else I've gone from 11th Sig Bde to 2ID. Just check out the link I sent you, go to the Ed Center and they'll hook you up.

If I remember correctly, if you take your A+ through e-learning you can take the test one time. Go to Army on line then go to my education and it should be there. It's been almost four years but you should be able to find it.

You can use TA to pay for a technical certification but I don't recommend it. Do your skillports to include the test prep and you can have the army pay for the voucher once you go on to acts I believe and pass its test. Use your TA for college. If you have any questions let me know I can get more information for you tomorrow.
