Paid travel back home every 90 - 120 days is pretty big.

yes, I already have that in our policy. Thank you for confirming the importance of that. We also want to have a house or condo in a major city for when they have several days off. The main job is in the middle of know where... So having a decent place to relax and unwind each week I think is also important.
