You all know that duffel blog is satirical (fictional) website right? I assume so, but had to ask.

"If the founders knew about these things and did not enumerate Congress with the power to create an Air Force, we must assume that this is a power retained by the States as per the 10th Amendment.”
This is judicial precedent that should have voided the 2013 SCOTUS ruling on marriage. The Founders knew about marriage, yet did not enumerate marriage into the Constitution of the United State, thus marriage being a power retained by the States per the 10th Amendment.
