Has anyone noticed a CRO EPRs due to the forth coming SCOD?

For the Air Force Folks, have you notice people planning strategic CRO EPRs ahead of the CRO cut off dates for themselves or their Airmen to prevent what can end up being a 1-2 month report when EMS routing is taken in to account? This way they have two stronger short EPRs rather then a strong annual EPR and a weak short EPR because of the move to the SCOD?
