Sounds like a lot of boiler plate rhetoric to me. It's been said before and looked into before and gone unfunded before It's easy at the POTUS level to preach when their is no substance behind the alter, not unlike the joke that is the Affordable Health Care Act. POTUS needs to stop writing checks that "We the People" have to keep going to the bank to cash and find that no funds are available.

The definition of 'homeless' has been redefined. It is on paper only about the 25,000. I know this for a fact.
