With an eye on the future and an ear to the troops what would you consider a good resource for any military member seeking advice/ assistance/ help/ or counsel on an issue?

I have my own opinions and ideas but I would like to hear from others with a thought about what you would like to see in a resource section and how that would be valuable to you. In order to create or build a resource platform that is both functional and relevant, it must be timely, accurate and easy to find & use.

Please be willing to give me your thoughts on how we can create together a one-stop resource shop for members that will be a golden benefit for all.

It would want it to be able to be personalized to my specific requirements. Obviously it would need to start with generalities, but based on my answers or other identifying characteristics, I could narrow it down to what I need or was looking for.
I would want it to have both drop down menues, and search capabilites so I could find something I was looking for more easily. Too often either I am not sure what I need or need help narrowing it down.
I would also want connections to individuals, not computers, who would respond or I could talk with to get assistance. I understand using computers to narrow down my situation, but once it was specific, I want a person to help me out.

Great question!

Thank you for the comment and the insight. I hope that some of what you've mentioned can be worked in and created to simplify the research part of the equation.
I find that many individuals want to do some of the leg work on their own to pinpoint what needs and information they are seeking.
