For those who have no idea what TAPAS Test is: The Army continues to use the Tailored Adaptive Personality Assessment System, or TAPAS - a test first implemented in 2009 to measure attitudes and behaviors of civilians while also helping to determine whether they are a good fit for life in the Army.

Sadly...developed by cilivilans to test civilian-based perceptions of military needs as expressed to high ranking officers who report to civilians. What could possibly go wrong here?...I have to go to my safe place now.
