More specifically, a Warrant Officer within the supply section, so a PBO. How do I develop a packet, at what point in my career (rank) am I allowed to turn in a packet?
A little background info: I have a BA, I'm a SPC and have only been in the Army for about 18 months. I don't have many awards, the most noteworthy is an AAM.
It seems to me that I really can't develop a stellar packet at the moment.
Any info would be great.

BLUF: You won't be able to turn in a packet at this point in your career.

That link will take you to the page that lists prerequisites for your field as a WO. The overall site is your best resource to get started in exploring how to become a WO. It's good that you're already thinking about it though!
