Leadership Pathways Program

I was curious if any other Air Force bases had this program. If so how is it ran. Here at Maxwell Gunter it is basically a once a month professional development seminar where a SNCO is paired up with two or three Airmen. Some call it mandatory mentoring. I try not to use it like that but we do talk about our experience together. Has anyone else seen/experienced this program?

I believe Andrews, Bolling, Ellsworth and McDill have it from personal knowledge from friends and family, not sure of any others, but I believe their is a link some where either here or on FB for it as well.
