Will I receive a change of rater NCOER when I sign out to PCS, which is months before my "through date"?

SSG (Join to see) - How long will you have between ALC and your PCS?

I have 2 weeks after my ALC grad date til my pcs leave starts to move out to my next duty station.

SSG (Join to see) - If you don't have 90 days of rated time, then you should not expect another NCOER.

SSG (Join to see) - Given lack of information. Your rating period will be from the through date of your last NCO-ER to when you outprocess/PCS. A Change of Rater ER is completed. Having a completed NCO-ER is a requirement for outprocessing (PAC is required to provide a memorandum explaining why an NCO-ER is not required, i.e., insufficient rating time). If less than 90 days, it will be listed as nonrated time in Block l on your next NCO-ER. What is coded in that Block explains why one was nonrated, i.e., in school, in hospital, on leave, AWOL, insufficient rating time, etc. If in school, the DA-1059 serves as the evaluation for that period one was in school.
NOTE: the ER has changed somewhat since I retired, so this information may be somewhat dated now that NCO evaluations are rated to the day and not to the complete month.
