Does anyone have an acute NSN for a M2A3 Bradley IFV track tension gauge?

Thanks Sergeant Major, I remember using a pencil and ESPECIALLY the old black Skilcraft pen as the "go to" gauge when we PMCS'd the old tracks. So I guess it still carries over to today! Funny how my brain retains so much useless info but yet I can't remember where I left my little penlight flashlight when I was looking for it yesterday! LOL!!

You can try the old pen/pencil trick that we used to use. There has to be enough space for a pen/pencil to fit between the track and the rear support roller... Just pump the grease to the adjustment piston like we used to on the older tracks and measure that distance with the pen/pencil....then run the track around about 1/4 mile and check it. That's what we used to do.

SFC (Join to see) - one of those "dammit Carl!" moments?! Tracked vehicles are the bane of a mech soldier's existence! Never understood how I could park a 113 or 577 in the motor pool that was running perfectly on Friday, only to have it be deadlined on Monday morning because some ghost made something catastrophic happen to it while it sat still over the weekend. It's truly an enigma my friend! Can't do much but just laugh at it, otherwise you'd just lose your sanity.
