My examiner told me at the end of my exam that I definitely have PTSD. Does that normally mean I will get a rating for PTSD?

Some things you need to know about PTSD s disability. PTSD affects everyone differently. For some people it is crippling and affects their daily life. For others they experience mild annoyance in crowds or get little tense at times. PTSD is also not necessarily a permanent condition. Most people will get better and the VA can later on downgrade your rating. So will you get a rating for PTSD? It depends on how you are affected and there are very clear cut guidelines that determine how much you are entitled to.
