Is it true that Hillary Clinton plan to take actions which would lead to or eliminate the Constitution of the United States of America or our Bill of Rights? I heard this from some hard core Anti-Clinton people and didn't find anything solid to back it up against but was wondering what the rest of you heard/thought.

Hillary Clinton can't do anything to eliminate the Constitution or the Bill of Rights. That would take substantial and overwhelming action by Congress, the States, and the American people. Whoever told you that is simply trying to scare you into voting for their own preferred candidate. Be better than that; get truly informed, and vote your conscience. That may still lead to voting against Hillary, but at least it will be based on your own analysis and preferences, and not based on a lie.

SSG (Join to see) - SSG Armstrong, that was no "mistake" on her part when it came to server usage... if you carry classified information outside of approved channels you can be charged for it. If you mishandle classified information you can be charged for it.. If you take classified information outside of a secure communications system you can be charged for it... bottom line... she willfully mishandled classified information by setting up a server outside of the secure system at State, and went around the system to ensure she wouldn't have one set up at State

SFC Galloway, there's certainly a lot of inside baseball involved in the email scandal. If there was criminal charges justified, I have no doubt James Comey (who served as a Special Counsel to the Whitewater investigation and prosecuted Martha Stewart) would have brought charges if he could--his press conference was certainly a very unusual one, attempting to convict Secretary Clinton in the court of public opinion.
Since you're on the subject of emails, and you feel this is such a crime, please take a look at this story for some perspective:

George W. Bush's White House "lost" 22 million emails
The outrage and press coverage was nothing compared with that surrounding Hillary Clinton’s emails.

Pure scare tactics from this already crazy election. Sad thing is that people actually believe this stuff. Three branches of the government for a reason people!

Often when things get out of control its is because the members of the various branches of Government have failed to step up to the plate and perform the duties that were expected of them. There is a very valid reason, those checks and balances of three branches exist and when needed We depend on that to survive as the nation that We know. If one branch gets out of control it is the duty of the other two to put a stop to that !

That is pure nonsense and fear mongering at it's best or worst considering how you look at it. We have a Constitution that is protected by three distinct and separate branches of the government. One cannot overrule the others without repercussions. That is why our founding fathers set it up that way.
