Don't Ask Don't Tell, women in combat MOS', tattoo policies, uniform changes, overall changes to how you may behave. (No more smokings, "Yelling" is considered harsh)

I feel they next generation is going to be not set up to handle war worse than my generation has. Military needs to train these young men and women to be warriors of their generation. Teach them to be hard but understanding. Not just understanding.

I think "war" is changing and future generations will battle in a completely different way then our grandparents did. Because of this, we need a different type of warfighter...and that means that some things in the military must change.

Ma'am I think Tradition is just as important as survival? Now I'm not advocating going back to the times when the military was segregated, nor when women were only allowed to be nurses or secretaries but we have lost so much of our identity as a service because we have allowed civilian society to dictate how, when and why we do what we do.

TSgt Vaughn. Let's not forget we work for the People of the United States. As they must change we must change. Many of those changes have been of substantial benefit to our organization. While you may or may not like some of those changes, they were mandatory for survival of the services. Warmest Regards, Sandy
