So, the SEP selection board approved me to attend WOCS. On average, could anyone tell me about how long will it be until I get a school date? And how far away might that school date might be?

I was selected September 2015 and didn't attend WOCS until May 2016. I believe it it based off your WOBC class date. There are 19 in my WOBC class. 17 attended WOCS together and nearly everyone was selected at the same board.

This is the most correct answer. It will generally fall in a period where it ends 7-14 days before your WOBC date. Look at your WOBC classes, and the WOCS end dates, and you will probably have your answer.

You should be sitting in a seat within 90 days. Take your PT up a notch, 1st event is a PT test. Don't pass you don't pass go. Just then go back to zero week and sit until the next class date. Get your affairs in order. You'll be at Gordon attending the next WOBC. Plan on close to 8 months total.

Typically, you'll start WOCS within four months, but it could take up to six months. You should have your orders with your class date well before that. Personally, I had to wait 19 months between WO selection and WOCS attendance, but that's only because Drill Sergeant Branch wouldn't release me sooner.

Ouch! 19 Months?! I'm already feeling anxious as it is, I'd leave tomorrow if they'd let me!
I appreciate the input, Sir!
