How do I update my Graduate Level College information on my ERB?

I've been trying for months to update my Masters degree onto my ERB. I've been able to get my transcripts uploaded to my IPERMs but every time S1 tries to update my ERB, they are able to enter the information but it still shows highest level completed is my Bachelor's Degree. My S1 has contact different S1 shops throughout our Brigade and still no luck. Does anyone here have experience with this?

Get with your ed center. They can update that portion of the ERB to reflect your current status.

When enlisted, it was easy to add the 4yr, but as an O... my branch manager had to update my masters. If all fails, contact your manager. MSG(P) (Join to see), never knew. Good advice.
