You will still be a WOC.

You will get save pay because E7s make more then W1.

That's very interesting! And incentive to be pinned before WOCS.

CW2 (Join to see) - If you look at the pay scale at no point does an E-7 make more than a WO1. With BAS and BAH you may get more but none of that figures into Save pay.

Yeah, I blew it! We had two guys when I went through in 08. Pay scales were a little different and one of them was an E8. My apologies for misspeaking
