Let's not look at who is off limits but instead list a few who are allowed.
Military clubs including: {MC = Motorcycle Club / MA = Motorcycle Association}
Armed Forces of America MC- Nation wide accepted
Legacy Vets MC - except Hawaii chapters?
US Military Vets MC - except Virginia chapters
Combat Vets MA - Except Virginia
Leather Necks MC - accepted
Also, Leather Neck MC {group dropped the "s".}
American Legion Riders {world wide accepted}
Warrior Brotherhood MC - not 100% on these guys
I hope this helps you get on the right track... good luck out there.

Despite the name (it's not limited to Vietnam Vets), the Nam Knights of America Motorcycle Club. A large well established and respected club that is nearly 30 years old. 74 chapters up and down the East Coast, Arizona, Great Lakes, and Canada. It's open to ALL current military and honorably discharged Veterans, current or retired in good standing Law Enforcement, and some "patriots". They run a tight ship as many are current duty, DOD, TS clearance, etc. http://namknights.org/

The VFW has some riders groups at various posts world wide, and under the broader umbrella, there are the Red Knights (Firefighters), Blue Knights (Law Enforcement), and Green Knights (Military). These 3 groups will also have a joint get to gether on recurring basis. As for groups that would fall outside the accepted organizations are those identified as Outlaws, and 1%ers. In general you may safely prospect with and join any American Motorcyclist Association affiliated motorcycle club or affiliation. Many Bases have a rider's training and safety program under the auspices of the MSF and you are required to pass the course before having riding privileges post wide. The Base Safety Office may be able to place you in contact with other riders on past and those organizations they belong to.

LOL. Unless you are in the WV Guard. I was just told by one of my officers that they are all off limits for us.

I am not aware of any list. But i would learn the difference between MC and RC. We as military can not participate in illegal activities. 1% motorcycle clubs are not a good choice to associate with while on AD. Because of what they do and represent. 1% Support clubs can also cause issue for AD members.
But, there are several Veteran Clubs that many AD service members are a part of. The whole thing boils down to level of commitment. RC are social clubs and ride. MCs are a way of life. Both have diffrent protocols governing them. When you become familiar with these, then you will know if any is a good fit. Hope this helps.

Special Forces MC (in Colorado) is on the up and up.
Pretty sure the Banditos, Hells Angels, and other 1%ers are not allowed at all.
