Does anyone have any information or guidance for VTIP to FA 59?

I have spent a lot of time reading what 600-3 says and kept a watchful eye on HRC and milSuite, however it is rarely updated. I am specifically looking for key positions to hold, required training, or personnel in the field to share experiences and give better insight.
