How many Naval Officers on RallyPoint are the product of the STA-21 program? What advice can you offer to those applying?

Ironically enough, I was picked up for the STA-21 program, FY20. I graduated NSI 20010 in April and am now attending Auburn University with a degree plan in Software Engineering and Computer Science with a projected commissioning date of May 2023.

I am old school - way before your time, but timeless advice is to be on top of your division, get all your quals and warfare pins ahead of schedule, take on extra leadership roles, community service, etc... Plus college courses with top marks don't hurt.
