Has anyone recently used JKO Language Headstart courses as "computer-based training" for their Military Education section?

UPDATE: Headstart courses do not count for promotion points. Some language "Rapport Courses" from DLI are 6hrs and are eligble for points.

Not all JKO courses are eligible for ATRRS credit. The course must meet certain criteria in order to be eligible for ATRRS credit. The course must have a post test, cannot be a COCOM specific course, and cannot be a curriculum based course (such as Headstart). To see if a course is elgible for ATRRS Credit, please see the .pdf Course Catalog located in the "Documents" area of the Help Desk Community. If it is eligible, it will state "ATRRS COURSE" in the description, as well as "ATRRS POINTS AVAILABLE" if it awards Army promotion points".

How do I bitch about these head start courses? I cant tell you how many times ive completed a module only to be accused of suspicious activity. This is very discouraging. I've been stuck on this course for months and just want credit for what I've done yet like everything army related it shits on me. How can I complete this when not even jko help desk will answer a phone or email???
