Who should schedule my BOLC dates for QM, my ROTC unit or my Guard unit?

Continue to call Mrs. Williams. After you call and leave her a message, send her a follow-up email stating that you have called with no luck. I'm at QM BOLC now and that's how I made it happen.

I'm having the same issue in regards to BOLC. Frankly, I tried calling the Branch Manager Barbara Williams and emailed multiple times with no responses whatsoever.
I haven't even been assigned a specific unit so it's entirely a mess when you're not Active Duty.

She is hard to get in touch with, but when you finally contact her, she will find you dates. It took me a while, but I finally got my dates for school.
