Is it true that skillport no longer counts as promotion points and that the only correspondence courses you can take towards promotion points is in ALMS? My erb hasn't updated my hours in a week from the courses I took on skillport.

Yes, they all count toward points. Some of them count for college as well when you complete the whole course.

CW3(P) (Join to see) - Oh yeah. ACE is the reason the JST and VMET are essential to Student Veterans. I've considered pushing through a few of them just to try to add more credit hours. I tell logisticians to go there to prepare for their Lean Six Sigma all the time. It seems helpful, much more than the SOLE cert.

CW3(P) (Join to see) - No argument here. I took a bunch of the easy ones when I needed to max E-learning points as a SPC (P) - MS Office mainly.

Heck yeah they still count. If you do the Microsoft Excel or Microsoft desktop certifications, and six sigma courses they can count as college credits as well... I always keep hard copies of the certificates. You could try talking to your s1 with the certificates, and do an erb update maybe?

PFC Thurston,
Check your ATTRS record:
https://www.atrrs.army.mil/selfdevctr/login/loginSDC.aspx?nexturl=student/TrainingRecord.aspx
If the Skillport Courses you have completed are on your ATTRS record you can bring them to your HR to have your correspondence hours updated. Make sure you are actually completing the Skillport classes by taking (and passing) the TestPrep module at the end of some of the courses.
I would also recommend looking into JKO courses. Many of them are eligible to be counted toward your correspondence hours.
