Can somebody explain the RCP rules for Soldiers in the Army Reserve, especially for Sergeants?

As a soldier that is getting ready to rcp it does not apply to the reserve or guard. I know this because to receive the full rcp payment you have to sign up for at least 3 yrs.

There are no RCP's for Enlisted Soldiers in the Army Reserve. RCP's are for Active Duty. There are QMP and QSP boards however.
