I Crossfit five days a week.. Regular weight lifting can get boring but I do add that in once in a while. Crossfit is just exciting and makes you challenge yourself

You're the first to give a valid direct answer. Thank you, kind sir.
How do you deal with the possibility of Rhabdo syndrome? Do you stop before failure? Take recovery supps? Ensure muscle groups get at least one day rest ?

Never heard of that. When it comes to failure I go for the required reps. Depends on the movement if I go unbroken or break up the reps. I don't take any supps at the moment either. As far as getting rest for certain muscle groups it really depends on the programming. But if I feel too worked on a certain muscle I just won't do that WOD. Do you Crossfit or just lift?
