The CSAC advises the President on current and potential MOAA programs, plans, and policies – especially as they pertain to the recruitment, retention, and representation of the interests of those serving on active duty, including those in the National Guard and Reserve components. Through discussions and deliberations, provides recommendations on how MOAA might better serve currently serving officers and their families.
