Three hours for Ranger School. Following is from the Benning RTB's website
http://www.benning.army.mil/infantry/rtb/content/PDF/Ranger%20School%20Prep%201%202.pdf
f. 12 Mile Foot March
Action: Conduct a 12 mile Foot March, mass start release.
Conditions: Given a Ranger Company in ACU’s, boots, FLC, individual weapon, patrol cap, and
rucksack containing the appropriate seasonal packing list weighing a minimum 35 lbs (without water), on a 12 mile measured course. Standards: Each Ranger must complete the established distance of the foot march at no slower than a 15-minute per mile pace. Students must complete the foot march with the appropriate packing list.
The 18th Airborne Corps standard, I believe in their Soldier Standards, was four hours.

Don't the EIB and EFMB have forced marches as Objective Tasks? The POI on those would likely be the "Army Standard" (or perceptual Army Standard).

SFC (Join to see) - Does the FM outline the requirements for those two badges? I would have thought there would be a more specific order related to the rewards above and beyond a field manual.

The EIB and the EFMB are in other manuals and or are specified in the organizations SOP but there is no mention of them in FM 21-20.

SFC (Join to see) - Right. But since they are Army Awards, I figured there would be an Army-wide Letter of Instruction outlining the actual requirements to remove (unit) Subjectivity.

There is and should be a letter for the award. But know your getting into the facts on how to obtain that award which that is in another location.
